Knife Machinist File
A knife file is a kind of knife-shaped with one edge tapered and curved to the narrow point. Tapered file is used to file V-shaped channels or the joining point between two acute-angled surfaces, cleaning out acute angles, corners, slots. Knife files are made of hardened steel with rows of elevated “teeth.” The teeth on the knife file allow it to fulfil its function of filing wood and metal. It is manufactured as per IS 1931:2000, BS498:1960 & GGG- F 325 :1985
